Created in not a few minutes but after painstakingly thinking about the how/why/when/where. This place will be the new home where I will post tidbits of information which may or may not interest you. Of course, if you are interested you can always leave a comment or contact me directly.
Well, my name is Manu, I’m a 30 something year old father of 2 great sons and happily married to a lovely and understanding woman. I live near Leuven which is famous for its university and its beer. My first contact with computers was even before the “internet” existed via an IBM 8086 with a 900 baud modem so we could have access to BBS’s.
Professionally I’m an IT Freelancer with several years of experience in different fields and I’ve worked in the automotive, banking and pharmaceutical industry in mostly technical positions. As for the future, I’m working to a more non-technical function like project management.
Besides IT I’m also dedicating time to photography since about the year 2008. After following school and several workshops I think I have enough knowledge and expertise to produce great photo’s and results. Besides photography I also spend time at reading books (both fiction and non-fiction like history).
